General Return Policy

If you should find it necessary to return any item at therugshopomaha.com, you may return it for the full purchased price within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping methods are Fed Ex, UPS, and a network of other common carriers.

Items that are Not Returnable

TheRugShopOmaha.com does not accept returns of the following items:        

• Items that have been used by the consumer
• Items that have been damaged by the consumer
• Items that have been kept more than 14 days by the consumer
• Custom rugs sized to order

General Shipping Policy

We provide FREE shipping for most orders to anywhere in the 48 continental United States (except NE and IA).

If your cart merchandise subtotal is $99 or higher, your order will be shipped for FREE to any address in the continental USA. We ship via UPS, UPS Freight and a network of common carriers.

• Orders will be shipped within 72 hrs from date of order receipt.
• Orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. (CST) will be processed the following business day. We are not able to ship on Saturday or Sunday.
• All orders will ship UPS ground, Fed EX ground, or Common Carrier. Most shippers will make 1 to 3 attempts to deliver your order.
• Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail which will include a tracking number.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada please call us for shipping costs and to place an order.

Processing/Handling Fee

All orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged a processing and handling fee of $12.95.

Delivery Time

Delivery of braided and custom items may take up to six weeks. Some of the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package.

Oversized Items

Oversized rugs that are unable to ship via Fed EX, or UPS will be sent via common carrier. Most common carriers will call you to schedule a delivery appointment between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
